It is a criminal offence to cause unecessary pain and suffering to an animal by denying medical treatment.

We are currently researching the criminal aspects of medical negligence and would appreciate any information regarding this matter.

It should be a criminal offence to cause a patient unnecessary pain and suffering. Medical professionals, Healthcare Trusts etc. who cover up mistakes or obstruct healthcare should be punished through the criminal justice system for their crimes.

Too many doctors and health professionals put their careers above the pain and suffering of patients. They cover up for each other's mistakes.

N.H.S. Trusts have targets to reach. If there is a medical negligence claim are they concerned about the cost to the N.H.S. or their reputation? ... They are insured.

A consultant told me that if a claim is made against them, their insurance companies tell them to "Deny, deny, deny".

Unless there is a blatent mistake there are cover-ups and obstruction to treatment and that is a fact.

This web site has been created to raise awareness of problems in the healthcare system. There is a need for major change!
